Oklahoma Summit is the annual conference for CareerTech professionals across the state of Oklahoma. Oklahoma Summit brings together over 4,000 Oklahoma educational professionals for one of the largest and most comprehensive networking events in the state. Our conference provides networking, professional development and leadership opportunities for career and technical education professionals. The 59th Annual Oklahoma Summit conference will be held in Tulsa at the Tulsa Cox Business Convention Center.
Oklahoma Summit registrants will have access to General Session, 30+ concurrent sessions and the Oklahoma Summit Exhibition.
OkACTE divisions will host their annual business meetings on August 4th. OkACTE Divisional membership is required for access to business meetings.

Registration
Members can register for Oklahoma Summit beginning May 1, 2025.

Early bird registration
Early bird registration for Oklahoma Summit ends at 5pm on July 12th. After July 12, the conference registration charges increase.
Online registration
Online registration will close on Wednesday, July 30th at 5pm.
Onsite registration
On-site registration will open on Sunday, August 3 in the Tulsa Cox Convention Center Exhibit Hall from 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm, and resume Monday, August 4th at 7:00 am. Please note, all registration paid after July 12 will assume late registration fees. (This fee doesn't apply to new professionals.)
